Partner Development Manager

KnowledgeLake is seeking a highly skilled & motivated individual to join our team as a Partnership Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to maximize the success of our current partnerships & drive new partnerships. You will collaborate closely with our partners to create and implement Lead Generation programs accelerating revenue for both KnowledgeLake & our partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in partner marketing or channel marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with expertise in developing joint marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partner organizations.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and generate impactful marketing content.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
